We are open to many types of eating patterns/habits. One of the most effective for us has been Intermittent Fasting along with Mediterranean style eating. We were encouraged to note support of this from an unlikely source: Chris Hemworth’s trainer. Chris is known for being in incredible shape, so it was nice to see how Intermittent Fasting fits in with his active lifestyle. He obviously in it great shape and apparently healthy. His trainer makes a note that Intermittent Fasting is the best way to lose weight. It even surpasses severe calorie restriction and intense exercise. If we are carrying around excess weight, it becomes imperative to lose it due to the extra stress it puts on our system.
